Hayati Specialty Coffee: Sip Your Coffee, Passionately

Hayati Coffee, located in the heart of Jogjakarta, combines passion for coffee, community, and thoughtful contemporary architecture style. 

Hayati Coffee sits small among small alleys in Jogjakarta. The building will trick you, as it looks small from the outside. Far from traditional image of Jogjakarta, Hayati Coffee build an image of contemporary urban architecture for themselves. Its interior features tough material with monochrome palette. Hayati offers spacious smoking area, making it a good space to talk for hours.

They offer various kind of small bites and beverages including single origin coffee. My experience in Hayati Coffee is counted as special. The coffee that I ordered,  a local single origin, was part of charity program which is aimed for their barista colleagues whom just passed away. Apart from the purpose, the taste of the coffee was spoiling my coffe tastebud. Brewed with V60 technique, Hayaty barista highlights cleanliness of my coffee successfully.
